Known for its impressive architecture, rich culture and the Amazon Rainforest, the food of Brazil is known for its rich use of herbs, spices and vegetables; as well as fruits in its dishes.

In a newly opened Brazilian café, located off Carter Road – Bandra is the Tropicool Café where you can indulge in your favourite Brazilian dishes and coffees. The food here is crafted by the Head Chef of the Brazilian Embassy -Chef Jacklin John who has decades of experience in Latin American cuisine.

Already present in 10 countries, Tropicool provides the best Brazilian experience in açaí and superfoods. Having colourful décor, a lively atmosphere and of course a vibrant taste of Brazil, this café was opened up early in 2024 (in April).

This is your secret escape to São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro as you can indulge in delicacies such as Pau de Quejio (Brazilian Cheese Bread), Coxinha (Brazilian croquette), Dadinho De Tapioca (Tapioca Dice), Bobo de Camarão na Moranga, Manjar Branco with prune sauce, Brazilian sweet potato chips, coconut pudding and Sapicão de Frango com Batata.

Besides this, there are plenty of appetisers, salads, main courses and desserts that you can choose from, with ingredients all imported from this easternmost country in South America and Latin America.

Not only this, you can even hop over for breakfast, choosing from some of the finest quality Brazilian coffee and refreshing açaí bowls!

Moreover, you get to try one of Amazon’s fruits – the açaí which is considered to be a superfood!

With a menu boasting of delicious food, Brazil has more to boast of than its thousands of miles of coastline, epic countryside and nightlife!
