Time they said… Time will heal all wounds but did they lie?

They say
“Time heals all wounds”
 Will it really?
You can glue back together,
broken glass;

 but you will always see the cracks

They say time heals everything! Time heals EVERYTHING, but what really is everything, when all that’s left is a marionette of strings? The truth is that time doesn’t health anything…. You just get used to living with the pain and you have to move on with your life or you get left behind. There is no healing involved, there is just adjusting and accustoming yourself to the reality of a situation. I think that’s the truth.
Time cannot heal this. Yes, we can move forward positively with time, we can change our lives for the better but the biggest misconception… the biggest misconstrue we have lived behind is the fact that TIME HEALS EVERYTHING, BECAUSE IT DOESN’T. The pain of missed relationships, feelings of disappointment and sadness cannot reverse back time.
We just learn to accept a rather distressing situation to live with and adjust to cope with its existence. Some say that “its hell that I’m going through”, while others say its acute pain. Its all one in the same thing, its our subconscious mind that is working behind the scenes at all times.
While it is so frequently said that time teaches us to look at life with a different perspective and offers us more vantage points to analyse our situation; time will change things but it cannot entirely heal or fix things. The pain of missed relationships, feelings of disappointment and sadness cannot reverse back time.

Scars yet remain scars. Time only is a mental dimension, which is relative. You can’t hold onto the sad story that has caused you emotional pain or hardship and you push yourself forward, to let go of whatever is holding you back or no longer even helping you.
You will need to do something with the time in hand and even the whole process of ‘mourning’ as they say is an extremely active one, which requires you to be very positive.
Wounds always remain but it is a conscious decision to let things go and move on. We have to stop being the victim of our situations and blaming other people for our lives. What we have to do is have the courage and compassion for expressing our own pain but at the same time accepting it and focusing on the present moment because we cannot reverse back time or even “buy” back any of the moments we wish we could have relived.
Sometimes we don’t have control over events or even people. We only have control over our reactions and ourselves. At such times we really need to focus on focusing on what can actually be changed and that can only be realised when we reflect inwards and become more mindful. We really need to think of things of whether something is really worth having or whether it is not. Sometimes we may not even understand it but life actually takes us on a path, which we are meant to be rather than where we would want to be.
We need to practice on first protecting ourselves rather than protecting other people; setting boundaries which permit people into your life and prevent them from hurting you. Emotional pain is always the toughest thing to go through, but it is isn’t impossible. So, when they say that time heals everything you may want to keep some considerations in mind!
