have heard of the gothic, supernatural horror film –The Nun that was recently
released on September 7th, 2018.
A Warner Bros film, it has also been dubbed in other regional languages

shooting of this film began in February 2017 and took 27 weeks to complete.
Most of the scene shooting was conducted at an old
military fort in Romania. The movie’s shooting location was used as background
for the location of investigating Valak’s death.
story: The name Valak may be adopted from mythology but the character of
Valak depicted in the movie is not the Valak in the form of a child with wings
riding a horse. Instead the character of Valak in the Conjuring was changed to
become a ghost. This was inspired from the story of the paranormal Lorraine Warren who had been haunted by a ghost
in a veil.
nun’s dress has brought about a lot of criticism and controversy, particularly
from the Catholic Church in the United States. For them, them deemed that nuns
should be depicted as ghosts.

here to investigate the suicide of a particular nun – which happened under
mysterious circumstances, many years ago. Through this process, Irene began to
witness ghotly figures of this nun since she was a child and she began her investigation accompanied by a priest.

those times. The Directory – Colin Hardy himself said the cinematography itself
uses classical horror style.
titled ‘Story of Valak’ but James Wan (Producer) did not think that it was
appealing and decided to change it to a shorter title – that sounds mysterious

James Wan to create the look of the demon Valak / Nun.
